Greg Sheppard works within the HR team and is responsible for recruitment for all the Insight UK locations.

It is his job to source candidates for both Sales and non Sales roles using a variety of methods including direct headhunting, social networking and even Tweeting as well as more traditional methods through our key trusted recruitment partners.

We asked Greg what he loves about his job and he told us;

"I lead the Recruitment function within the wider HR team and in my role no two days are the same which is great because I love the pace at which Insight works.

What I do every day has a very clear and visible positive impact on our business -  I drive the recruitment of our new talent which helps to keep Insight competitive and successful, and the way that we recruit has changed so that we connect with potential recruits in so many new and innovative ways.

I genuinely love to meet new people and my role allows me to do this every single day.  I get enormous satisfaction in knowing that I am responsible for finding and bringing the best talent  onboard, and as I am their first contact with Insight I develop a relationship with these new teammates which then means I  can advise and assist them throughout  their developing career at Insight".
