The Shopping Cart
Check over the items listed in your shopping cart. You have the option of adding or deleting the items listed by changing the item quantity and clicking "Update." Once you have all of the items you wish to purchase listed in your shopping cart, you are ready to begin the checkout process. |

Checkout
Step 1 Make sure you are Logged In to your account. If you are not, you will be prompted to login before continuing to checkout. If you do not have an account yet with Insight, you may create an account and still continue to checkout. If you are creating a new account, make sure that your shipping and billing addresses match your billing address of your credit card. If you have forgotten your username and password, you may have them sent to you or contact a Sales Executive at 800-467-4448. Step 2 Make sure your shipping address, carrier, and notes are correct. You may also view a preliminary total cost including tax and shipping by clicking the link to calculate tax. Clicking continue will take you to Step 3, Payment. Step 3 Make sure your billing address, payment type, and additional information are correct and entered. Clicking continue will take you to Step 4, Order Placement. Step 4 You will now see a display of the information you have entered as part of the order. Please look over all of the inforamtion as this is what will be submitted to, and used by, Insight. If you need to alter any of the information, we have given links for each section that will take you back to that point in the order. Clicking place order will submit your order to Insight and take you to your Confirmation Page. Your order information is sent using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Receipt You will now see a display of the information submitted to Insight. This is your online receipt. On this page you may view a printable version as well as email the information. You will also receive a copy of this information emailed to the email address that was given for your account. |
